Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Pylon ("the Service"), you agree to accept and comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Compute Usage

You agree to use Pylon's compute resources responsibly. We reserve the right to suspend any instance engaged in illegal activities, crypto-mining without authorization, or network attacks. Computing credits are pre-paid and non-refundable.

3. Intellectual Property

Your Data: You retain all rights and ownership of your inference data, models, and outputs. Due to our zero-knowledge architecture, we have no claim to your IP because we cannot technologically access it.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

For Enterprise customers, we guarantee 99.9% uptime for GPU availability. Standard users are served on a best-effort basis. Maintenance windows will be announced at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pylon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
