We collect as little data as possible. We prove this with code, not just promises.

1. Information We Collect

Account Info: Email address and billing details (processed by Stripe).
Usage Meta-data: We track GPU hours consumed and API request counts for billing purposes.
Logs: We do NOT log prompts, completions, or model inputs/outputs.

2. How We Use Information

We use your account information solely to provide the Service, process payments, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

3. Data Retention

Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law. Chat logs stored in our database are encrypted with your key; if you delete a chat or lose your key, the data is cryptographically erased forever.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or ad networks.

5. GDPR & CCPA

You have the right to request a copy of your data or request deletion. Since we cannot decrypt your private content, a data export will only contain your metadata and encrypted blobs.
